These casual chats and informal guided tastings are meant to give you insider tips on the issues that matter when it comes to drinking mezcal. Chats take you from a mezcal cocktail maestro, to chef, to a family owned brand, to agave evangelist, to backroads explorer and to a chronicler of the food and beverage industry.
